My scanner crapped out. Not that I've been drawing anything lately anyhow. But it sucks 'cos when I do start drawing, I won't be able to share them as easily as before.

I've been... otherwise engaged. I took on the NaNoWriMo challenge last month; failed, only made 10k words, but that's helluvalot better than last year where I think I only managed 2k. I wasn't even trying that year. I'm thinking if I can add 10k every year then in approximately 5 years I should be able to actually complete the challenge. Haha.

I've also fallen fantastically in love. Mmhmm... I could not imagine a more perfect guy to come wandering along right when he had. A friend to whom I'm currently not speaking said that it's only that way because I'm head over heels for him. I don't know. He seems to embody everything I could ever want in a human while still having lovely little flaws for me to adore.. It was so easy. He liked me, I liked him. We're playful, we're serious, we're open and honest and silly and cuddly and, well, in love.

I just finished a watercolor painting. Very simple. It's two hearts surrounded with blue and green. It looks kind of like two hearts on a world map, which is funny because that's not what I set out to paint. I like it regardless. I might keep dabbling in watercolor... though I just had the inexplicable urge to finger paint.
